Danny’s Automotive Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) offers SMS/text messaging services to provide customers with service reminders, appointment confirmations, promotional offers, membership updates, and other communications related to our automotive services and Garage Pass membership program.

Consent & Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Danny’s Automotive Inc., you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 8 messages per month depending on your service schedule, membership status, and promotional campaigns.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard messaging rates will apply to all text messages sent and received. Danny’s Automotive Inc. is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions
