How does “household coverage” work?
One membership covers every vehicle registered to your address. Your car, your spouse’s truck, your kid’s Jeep, grandma’s sedan — all of them. No limit on the number of vehicles, no extra fees.
Is this just for oil changes?
Oil changes are part of it, but that’s not the point. Garage Pass covers your regular maintenance — oil changes, filters, wiper blades. Gold and Platinum add all your fluid services too. And when something breaks, you’re already a member. That means 10-15% off the repair and a warranty that’s 2-5x longer than what most shops offer.
What’s included in “fluid services”?
Brake fluid flush, coolant flush, and power steering flush — done when they’re actually due based on your vehicle’s needs. Gold and Platinum members get all of them included. We track the intervals so you don’t have to.
What does “priority scheduling” mean?
Gold and Platinum members get scheduled ahead of non-members. When the schedule is tight, you go to the front of the line. You’re not just another customer — you’re a member, and we treat you that way.
How does the free towing work on Platinum?
If you get stranded, call us. We’ll dispatch a tow and bring your vehicle straight to the shop — no charge. It’s one less thing to worry about when something goes wrong. Available within a reasonable service area around Midland.
What vehicles do you work on?
Cars, trucks, and SUVs — gas and diesel — 2000 and newer. Domestics, imports, Europeans. If it fits in our bay, we’ll work on it.
Is there a contract?
No. Cancel anytime through your online account. Takes about 30 seconds. Your benefits stay active through the end of your billing cycle.
